• Conduct telephone surveys with customers to verify the information provided during requests or transactions.
• Contact customers to confirm their identity, circumstances, order details, and understanding of the payment terms.
• Identify unusual behavior, information, or situations that may pose a risk of fraud.
• Analyze and compare customer data, orders, and information provided by sales representatives to detect any inconsistencies.
• Follow up on suspicious cases or files presenting a potential risk of fraud.
• Verify information provided by customers and sales representatives and report any anomalies found.
• Help identify new modus operandi, fraud techniques, or attempted scams to strengthen preventive measures.
• Conduct, when necessary, ad hoc field investigations to verify specific information or situations.
• Conduct audits of customers or retail locations as part of investigations.
• Document the results of investigations and ensure clear and accurate reporting of the cases handled.
• Prepare investigation reports and follow up on cases until they are resolved.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and administrative teams to facilitate the detection and prevention of fraud.
