Regional HR Business Partner

Qualifications / Experience

• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in Human Resources

Your profile

• Solid experience in HR business partnering, talent management and HR project implementation.
• Experience in a regional, multicultural or multi-country environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes, including recruitment, learning and development, workforce planning, career management and performance management.
• Experience with HR systems and digital tools, including HRIS and performance management platforms.
• Ability to support the implementation of HR transformation and organizational change initiatives.

Strong interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build, trust and collaborate effectively, support and influence stakeholders across functions/countries.

Your challenges

• Facilitate collaboration across HR teams and countries to encourage knowledge sharing, alignment and the dissemination of best practices.
• Lead recruitment of key roles across Cluster, in partnership with local teams and hiring managers.
• Support the implementation of grading framework and ensure consistency in role structuring.
• Promote talent mobility and internal career opportunities across entities where relevant.
• Coordinate performance and potential review campaigns, including manager readiness, collection of evaluations, calibration processes and follow-up on key outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of career management tools and frameworks, including interview guides, career paths and development frameworks for key roles.
• Produce and consolidate HR reporting for monthly HR reviews, action plan follow-up and other governance forums.
• Contribute to budget preparation by supporting workforce planning, people cost projections.
